MOBILITY SCOOTERS RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. The Mobility Scooter must be clean, odor-free, and in like new condition. (No Scratches, scuffs, cracks, sand/saltwater exposure, pet hair, smoke.)
Less than <5 miles or <2 hours of run time; Tires must show no wear. Complete with keys, chargers, battery(ies), basket, seat/armrest, manuals, tools and any included accessories. Warranties must not have been transferred.
Return Fee: 20% of the pre-tax price (covers inspection, sanitization, and repackaging.)
Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
Local pick up is $149 (standard zone) or actual cost outside zone.
Freight returns: actual carrier charges deducted from refund.
If delivery is refused for reasons other than damage/defect, it is processed as a return, and the above fees apply.
POWER CHAIR RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. For Lift chairs to be eligible, the Lift chair must be clean, odor-free and like new condition (no stains, pet hair, smoke, or damage.) Complete (all remotes, power supplies, hardware, manuals, accessories.)
The warranty must not have been activated.
Fee: 20% of the pre-tax chair price (covers inspection, sanitization, and repackaging.)

HOSPITAL BEDS RETURN POLICY

For Oxygen Concentrators to be eligible, the Oxygen Concentrator must be clean, odor-free and like new condition (no stains, pet hair, smoke, or damage.) Complete (all remotes, power supplies, hardware, manuals, accessories.)
