The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery, and someone must be home to sign for the package. Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked. A delivery technician will call and set up the delivery time.
