Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. The Oxygen Concentrator must be clean, odor-free, and in like new condition. (No Scratches, scuffs, cracks, sand/saltwater exposure, pet hair, smoke.)
Less <48 hours of run time; Complete with chargers, battery(ies), manuals, and any included accessories. Warranties must not have been transferred.
Return Fee: 20% of the pre-tax price (covers inspection, sanitization, and repackaging.)
Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
Local pick up is $149 (standard zone) or actual cost outside zone.
Freight returns: actual carrier charges deducted from refund.
If delivery is refused for reasons other than damage/defect, it is processed as a return, and the above fees apply.
