The ResMed AirSense 10 PSU model 37474 is a 90W power supply unit designed to power all ResMed AirSense 10, AirStart 10, and AirCurve 10 series CPAP and BiPAP machines. 

Product Details

The ResMed model number 37474 is a 90W unit. The higher wattage is necessary to power both the CPAP/BiPAP motor and the integrated heated humidifier and heated tubing simultaneously.
This is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) power supply from ResMed. Using a non-ResMed power supply may damage the machine and void the manufacturer's warranty.
The universal input voltage (100-240V) makes it suitable for international travel; only a physical plug adapter for the specific country's wall socket may be required.
