We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Local delivery and setup are also available within the St. Petersburg and Bradenton areas. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. For Beds to be eligible, the bed must be clean, odor-free and like new condition (no stains, pet hair, smoke, or damage.) Complete (all remotes, power supplies, hardware, manuals, accessories.)
The warranty must not have been activated.
Return Fee: 20% of the pre-tax price (covers inspection, sanitization, and repackaging.)
Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
Local pick up is $149 (standard zone) or actual cost outside zone.
Freight returns: actual carrier charges deducted from refund.
If delivery is refused for reasons other than damage/defect, it is processed as a return and the above fees apply.
